Yes, it is really, really raining. So much rain that Jim Cantore from The Weather Channel is in Naples. The colorful Cantore typically makes on-scene appearances only when the worst weather is about to hit, is happening or just occurred.
Any kind of publicity is good publicity, right? LOL
