This is the group that oversees the BERs Leadership Academy, an initiative to groom and motivate leaders -- not just in real estate but also for our Southwest Florida community. I came through this program and I can attest that it is an amazing experience. We are beefing up the curriculum even more this year, with more field trips and inside presentations that will enable our 2018 Academy class to meet and understand various organizations that serve our Paradise Coast region, including Univision, Naples Daily News, Koreshan State Historic Site, Waste Management Recycling, Southwest Florida International Airport, Estero city government, Bonita Springs city government, Habitat for Humanity, and Bonita Springs Historical Society, among many others.
The program also includes a trip to the 2018 Florida Realtors annual meeting and expo in Orlando, where this year's keynote speakers include internationally renowned magicians and motivational speakers (or speaker?) Penn & Teller, and Platon, the award winning photographer.
